Avocado smoothie? Yes, no joke. I decided to branch out of my own comfort zone and make my first ever avocado smoothie – loved it.
This recipe is so simple and quick. So you can make it in no time! I choose to add only green fruits: avocado and kiwi.
For all those smoothie lovers out there, this smoothie is a must. 💕
2 kiwifruit, peeled
1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 lime, press the juice
½ cup (120ml) milk
Cut the avocado, remove the seed and scoop the flesh
Peel and chop the kiwis
Blend the avocado, kiwi, lime juice, milk and honey (optional) until smooth.
Note: If not sweet enough, simply add a teaspoon of good quality honey.
