Blueberry Spinach Breakfast Smoothie on the GO! πŸƒ

I have been enjoying a high-protein, fruit-and-veggie-packed smoothie almost every morning. This is currently my favorite combination: Greek yogurt, bananas, spinach, blueberries, strawberries. I have made a few times now, so why not let you guys enjoy it to. You can’t taste the spinach and you can barely see it if your blender is a good one… just tiny green flecks mixed in with the gorgeous purple color.



1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 fresh ripe banana
1/2 nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk

Add all of the ingredients to a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency and taste for sweetness, adjusting as necessary. Pour into mason jar and your ready to GO! πŸƒπŸΌ
