BLUE JUMP START
You will need
400ml Almond milk
Handful of Almonds (soaked overnight)
50g porridge oat flakes (gluten free)
1 banana, peeled, chopped and frozen
2 tbsp yacon syrup or agave nectar
Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz up.
Tip: Leave the oats to soak and soften in the milk overnight, then blend the lot in the morning, so energy can be redirected from digestion to something more fun.
